Graphic design for care homes

Look as good on paper as you are in person.

Great design makes your care home look as trustworthy as the care you give — brochures, signage and social that families and referrers take seriously. Our care home graphic design works within your brand (or tidies it first), and we can handle print end to end.

The problem

When the materials don't match the care

Tired, inconsistent collateral

A dated brochure or a leaflet knocked up in Word quietly undermines a home that delivers wonderful care. Families notice.

Nothing matches

Brochure, signage, social and ads all pulling in different directions makes even a great home look disorganised.

No time, no templates

Every flyer or event poster becomes a job nobody has time for — so it either looks rushed or never happens.

Why us

We design for trust, not just good looks

  • Every piece is designed around the family's emotional decision — warmth first, polish second.
  • We keep one consistent brand across print, signage, social and ads, so your home looks joined-up.
  • We give your team the tools to stay on-brand long after we've delivered.

Questions about Care Home Graphic Design (CHM)

Yes — we can design only, or manage print and delivery end to end with trusted UK printers, so you get the finished pieces without the hassle.

Absolutely. We'll design within your current brand, or tidy and tighten it first if it needs it — we'll be honest about which you need.

Yes. We build easy Canva templates for the things you produce regularly — vacancies, events, social — so your team can edit them confidently.

Simple graphics in a few days; brochures and larger projects in a couple of weeks. We'll always agree timings up front.

Design sits inside the bigger picture for us. We'll make sure every piece supports your positioning and occupancy goals, not just looks nice.

One-off pieces start at £125 for a print advert. A leaflet drop starts at £195, a folded leaflet at £385, and brochures run from £595 to £1,150 depending on size. If design work is a constant need, a monthly design retainer is £999. All prices + VAT.

A flyer is a single sheet, printed both sides (from £225) — the thing you hand out at an open day. A leaflet folds: our 4-page A5/A6 leaflet (from £385) gives you a cover, a story and a call to action. A brochure is stitched pages — 8 pages from £595, 16 from £950, 20 from £1,150 — the document a family takes home after a tour and shows the rest of the family. Every price includes design, proofing and print-ready artwork; print costs are quoted separately at cost.

One-offs, happily — a single brochure or a recruitment advert is a perfectly good place to start with us. Most homes that start with one piece end up on a Foundation or the Visibility plan later, because the brochure works best when the brand, website and photography behind it match. But there's no obligation and no lock-in.

Yes. Visibility includes two hours of design every month, and a Foundation includes the brand templates that make each subsequent piece faster — which is most of the cost of design. If you know you'll need more than a couple of pieces a year, the package maths usually wins.
